Artifact Donations
The ADBC Museum, Education & Research Center welcomes donations of artifacts, documents, and historical materials that help preserve and share the stories of military service. We are actively accepting unrestricted donations including, but not limited to, uniforms, helmets, hats, medals, weapons, photographs, home movies, oral histories, correspondence, journals, maps, flags, books, artwork, and statues.
To discuss a potential donation, please contact our Curator, James Brockman, at (304) 737-7295. When you call, please be prepared to provide a description of the item(s) and any available historical information such as the service member’s name, rank, branch, unit, and dates of service. We will evaluate the materials to determine whether they are appropriate for our collection. If the donation is accepted, our staff will work with you to identify the best way to safely transfer or ship the items to the museum.
Your contribution helps preserve important military history for future generations of researchers, students, and visitors.
Monetary Contributions
